  • Conditioning – Teams of 2
    • 100 Burpees (Performed at the same time)
    • 8 x 200m sprint relay style (4 each) – Must tag partner
    • 100 Kettlebell Swings (performed at the same time)
    • 6 x 200m sprint relay style (3 each)
    • 100 Box Jump Overs (One box between partners – Alternate as needed)
    • 4 x 200m sprint relay style (2 each)
    • 100 Pull Ups (Performed at the same time)
    • 2 x 200m sprint relay style (1 each)
  • Finisher – Tabata Push Ups
