- 6 x 200m sprint relay style (3 each)
- 100 Box Jump Overs (One box between partners – Alternate as needed)
- 4 x 200m sprint relay style (2 each)
- 100 Pull Ups (Performed at the same time)
- 2 x 200m sprint relay style (1 each)
- Finisher – Tabata Push Ups
