  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm up
  • Double Under Practice – 10 minutes
  • WOD – “Nicole” – 20 min AMRAP
    • Run 300m (modified from 400m from real workout)
    • Max Pull Ups – You can rest by hanging.  No more than 5 seconds rest.
  • 3 x 25 Reverse Crunches
