Today’s Workout:

  • Skill – Rope Climbs – 5 Sets
    • In 90 seconds complete 3 rope climbs and max double unders in remaining time (Sx = 3 Mod Climbs / CRx = 3 Legless Climbs)
    • Rest 90 seconds after each round.  Share tall ropes and modified ropes.  One works while one rests.
  • Conditioning – 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of “Huevos Rancheros”
    • Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
    • Ring Dips
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – :45 Hollow Hold + 20 Good Mornings with empty barbell
