Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Back Squat – 3 @ 85% / 3 @ 90% / 3 @ 95%
  • Conditioning – Every 5 minutes for 20 minutes complete
    • 75 Double Unders (Sx = 75 sec of attempts)
    • 10 Power Cleans (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 135#/95# – CRx = 185#/125#)
    • 15 Burpees Over The Bar
  • Finisher – 400m Farmers Carry
