Today’s Workout:

  • 2 Rounds For Total Reps
    • Against a 9 min running clock complete:
      • Row 1K
      • In remaining time AMRAP
      • 7 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = DB Push Press or Box / Rx = Head to Ground / CRx = 4″/2″ Deficit or Strict)
      • 21 Air Squats
    • Rest 3 minutes between rounds
  • Finisher – 300m Carry – 1 hand front rack / 1 hand overhead – Alternate as needed
