  • AMRAP20 – “Nate” – Last completed 4/8/16
    • 2 Muscle Ups (Sx = 6 Chest to Bar Pull Ups – Scale as needed)
    • 4 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = DB Push Press or Box HSPU / Rx = Head to Ground)
    • 8 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • NOTE – If you are doing the muscle ups and HSPU rx, you should be swinging the CRx weights)
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 1:00 Banded Plank + 15 KB Side Bends

Events This Weekend

  • Saturday, 06/24/17 – Asbury Park Games – We have 10+ CF 908 teams competing this Saturday.  Come out and support your community in a fun CF competition down the shore.  The event will be held at the Asbury Park Convention center.
  • Sunday, 06/25/17 – Berkeley Heights Street Fair – 10am – 5pm.  Come hang out with Erin and I on Sunday in Berkeley Heights during the street fair.  Encourage your friends and family to come by and challenge themselves on the Assault Bike for a free month at CF 908.
