Today’s Workout:
- Skill – EMOM10 – 2 Power Snatch – Start @ 70% of your 1RM Power Snatch and increase weight if possible. If you are not comfortable with the snatch yet, keep the weight light and do 3-5 reps each minute
- Conditioning – 5 Rounds – Rest 1 min after each round – Each round should be a sprint using a weight that you can most likely go unbroken.
- 10 Calorie Row
- 10 Burpee Over The Bar
- 10 Power Snatch (Sx = 45#/35# – Rx = 75#/55# – CRx = 95#/65#)
- Finisher – 300m Carry – One arm front rack / one arm overhead. Challenge both and alternate as needed.
