- 50-40-30-20-10 – Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20# to 10ft / 14# to 9ft)
- 25-20-15-10-5 – Pull Ups (Sx = Ring Rows or Jumping Pull Ups / Rx = Unassisted / CRx = CTB or 10-8-6-4-2 Bar MU)
- NOTE – This workout is quite a bit of volume. Scale the reps accordingly.
- Finisher – Foam roll – Quads / Lats + Banded Pec/Bicep Stretch
