- Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
- Back Squat – 10-8-6-4-2 – Warm Up with 2- 3 sets of light weight. Start around 60% of your 1RM and work towards 90-95% of your 1RM.
- WOD – 4 Rounds for time –
- 5 Muscle Ups (Sub MU’s from the ground)
- 10 HSPU’s (Sub Push ups off a box)
- 30 Double Unders (At least 10 attempts at DU’s each round)
