This Saturday @ Donovan’s Reef in Sea Bright we will be gathering for some fun in the sun (hopefully). Everyone is invited to come down for the day. Make sure to bring cash or a debit card. They do not accept credit cards. We hope to see many of you there!
Today’s Workout:
- Conditioning – 5 Rounds For Time
- 400m Run (Sub – 500m Row OR 0.7 mile bike)
- 3 Rope Climbs (Sx = 3 Mod Climbs OR 15 Ring Rows)
- 20 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = Seated Dumbbell Press)
- Finisher – 3 x 15 KB Side Bends + 30 Russian Twists
