Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Take 20 min to find a 1RM Push Press (Can be taken from rack or ground)
  • Conditioning – 3Rds For Total Reps
    • 2 min Max Cal Row
    • 2 min Max Handstand Push Ups (Sx = Strict DB Press / Rx = Ground / CRx = 4″/2″ Deficit)
    • Rest 3 minutes between rounds
  • Finisher – 4 x :30 on / :30 off abmat sit ups
