10/19/15: Rope Climbs! Don't forget leg protection!

If you are doing rope climbs today, remember leg protection.  A neoprene calf sleeve works wonders.  This ONE from McDavid is one I have been using for a couple years.  It is awesome.

Today’s Workout:

  • Skill – With a partner 2 x 50 cal row intervals each.  These should be done at 90%+ effort
  • Conditioning – “Boa Constrictor” – 30 min time cap
    • 10RFT (Sx = 5RFT)
      • 10 Hand Release Push Ups
      • 2 Rope Climbs (Sx = 10 Strict Pull Ups)
      • 30 Double Unders (Sx = :30 of attempts)
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 10 Strict Toes To Bar / :30 Superman Hold
