If you are doing rope climbs today, remember leg protection. A neoprene calf sleeve works wonders. This ONE from McDavid is one I have been using for a couple years. It is awesome.
Today’s Workout:
- Skill – With a partner 2 x 50 cal row intervals each. These should be done at 90%+ effort
- Conditioning – “Boa Constrictor” – 30 min time cap
- 10RFT (Sx = 5RFT)
- 10 Hand Release Push Ups
- 2 Rope Climbs (Sx = 10 Strict Pull Ups)
- 30 Double Unders (Sx = :30 of attempts)
- 10RFT (Sx = 5RFT)
- Finisher – 3 Sets – 10 Strict Toes To Bar / :30 Superman Hold
