  • Strength – EMOM12 – 2 Power Snatch – Start @ 80% of 1RM Snatch
  • Conditioning – 5 Rounds For Time – 20 min time cap
    • 60 Double Unders
    • 12 Strict Handstand Push Ups (Sx = 21 Hand Release Push Ups)
  • Finisher – 300m Farmers Carry – Heavy
