  • EMOM10 – 2 Front Squats – Start @ 75% of 1RM and build.  Attempt to hit 80-85% by the end.
  • Conditioning – 10 RFT – “Flimsy”
    • 10 Steps Overhead Lunge (Sx = 45#/25# – Rx = 75#/55#)
    • 10 Hand Release Push Ups
  • Finisher – 30 Strict Pull Ups
