12/14/15: Get on your bikes and ride!

A big thank you to everyone who came out Saturday night.  We had a great turnout and an absolute blast.  Erin and I want to thank you all so much for the generous gift.  We are so honored to have you all as friends and family.  Baby Liam is already so loved and cared for.  We are so excited for when he comes home and can finally meet our awesome community.  Thank you again!

Today’s Workout:

  • Skill – Overhead Squat – 5 x 5 taken from the floor or rack.
  • Conditioning – AMRAP20
    • In teams of 4 or 5 people rotating through one person at a time complete the following
      • Assault Bike Calories – (Sx = 7/5 – Rx = 9/7)
      • Immediately following each set on the bike complete 10 jumping lunges
  • Finisher – Single Arm Overhead Carry – 300M Alternate hands as needed
