  • Skill – Power Clean – 5 x 3 – Work touch and go – 15 min
  • WOD – For Time – Teams 0f 3
    • Pace Setter – 200m Sandbag Run
    • Worker Stations –
      • 200 Single Arm DB Power Snatch – (40/25 – Competition Option Scale DB up to 70/50) – Alternating arms each rep.
      • 200 Hand Release Push Ups – (tx = toes on 45# plate)
      • 200 Sit Ups – Abmat unanchored
      • NOTE – Only 1 athlete per station at a time.  Someone must always be running.  Once only one station is left, two people must run together.
  • Finisher – Hollow Hold – Collect 2 minutes in as few sets as possible.
