- 200 Single Arm DB Power Snatch – (40/25 – Competition Option Scale DB up to 70/50) – Alternating arms each rep.
- 200 Hand Release Push Ups – (tx = toes on 45# plate)
- 200 Sit Ups – Abmat unanchored
- NOTE – Only 1 athlete per station at a time. Someone must always be running. Once only one station is left, two people must run together.
- Finisher – Hollow Hold – Collect 2 minutes in as few sets as possible.
