We have two classes today.
- 10:30am – CrossFit Class
- 11:30am – Free Beginner Class
- 10:30am – CrossFit WOD
- In teams of 3, complete 5 rounds for time of
- 12 Burpees
- 16 Box Jumps
- 20 Sit Ups
- In teams of 3, complete 5 rounds for time of
RULES: Each member starts at one station. No member can move to the next station until all members of the team have completed the assigned reps for that station. Each member of each team will complete a total of 60 burpees, 80 box jumps and 100 sit ups.
