CrossFit 908 supports Breast Cancer Awareness Month by participating in the Barbells for Boobs event. The event will take place on Saturday, October 23rd @ 9:30am at CrossFit 908. The workout will be “Grace” which is 30 Clean & Jerks for time (M-135#/W-95#). The workout is very challenging and requires proficiency in one of the most technically difficult lifts we do. We will be practicing Cleans & Jerks in anticipation of the event so that we can have everyone participate. The weights can be scaled down to meet anyone’s needs.
