  • WOD – Teams of 2 – Complete as many runs as possible in 20 min of:
    • Run 300m (Pace Setter)
    • 7 Burpees / 10 KB swings
      • NOTE – While team member 1 runs, team member two completes as many rounds as possible of 7 burpees / 10 kb swings.
  • Finisher – 300m run for time.
  • Stretch
