Schedule –
- Mobility Warm Up – No more than 10 minutes
- Additional Warm Up – 3 x 20 Wall Ball Unbroken – Rest 1 min between rounds
- WOD – 5 Rounds Each For Time – Rest 3 minutes between rounds
- Run 300m (Run fast! ย This is the key to the workout)
- 20 Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#) – (Do your best to complete these unbroken)
- 10 Toes To Bar (It’s only 10, get them done fast)
- Cool Down – Jog an 800m – Deep breaths, bring your heart rate down
- Stretch
