    • 2nd min – 12 Box Jump (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″ – CRx = 30″/24″)
  • Conditioning – AMRAP7
    • 10 Steps Walking Lunge
    • 5 Burpees
  • Finisher – 4 Sets – 15 KB Side Bends / 30 Sec Hollow Hold
