A big thank you to all of the 908ers who came out to support our grand opening at CrossFit 908 central. i can honestly say that all new clients were really impressed by how strong of a community we have. We just wanted to say thanks for supporting our new endeavor. You all are our family, and we are excited to grow!
Today’s Workout:
- Strength – 7 x 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean @ 90% of 3-rep max Power Clean. All sets should be challenging.
- Conditioning – AMRAP10 – “Keep it 100”
- 20 Power Cleans (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65#) (No more than 40% of the strength)
- 80 Double Unders (Sx = 160 Single Unders)
- Accessory – 3 Sets – 10 dumbbell curls each arm + 10 wtd single leg hip bridges each leg
