Hey All, on Saturday 05/12 we will be hosting our 3rd annual Barbells and Beers co-ed partner competition. We have had a great sign up so far, but we need judges and volunteers. Click HERE to register as a volunteer or judge. You will be provided food all day, a shirt, free drink tickets, and coffee. What more could you ask for? It is a great community event, with an awesome cool-down party at the Stirling Hotel afterwards.
Today’s Workout:
- Strength – EMOM15 – 1 Power Clean @ 90%+ of your 3RM
- Conditioning – 5 Rounds For Total Reps
- 1 min – Max Strict Pull Ups (Sx = banded OR ring rows)
- 1 min – Max Dumbbell Snatches (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 50#/35#)
- 1 min – Rest
- Accessory – 3 Sets – 20 Good Mornings + 10 Strict Toes To Bar
