- EMOM24 – Complete for Total Reps
- 1st min – Max Rope Climbs (Sx = Max Mod Rope Climbs)
- 2nd min – Max Bear Crawls (25ft forward crawl / 25ft backward crawl – Every 25ft = 1 rep)
- 3rd min – Max Sandbag/Slam Ball Over Shoulder (Challenge yourself – Goal is 5 per minute)
- 4th min – Rest
- Finisher – 400m Carry – 1 Farmers / 1 Front Rack
