01/01/16: Happy New Year!

2015 was an absolute blast at CrossFit 908.  Our community continues to strengthen in both numbers and ties.  Thank you to our members and coaches for making CrossFit 908 Erin’s and my favorite place!  I wonder how we will OPEN a new year of programming…..

Today’s Workout –

  • Conditioning – AMRAP30 – Teams of 3
    • Pace Setter – 200M Run
    • Max Reps – Cleans (Yes, squat) – (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 135#/95# – CRx = 185#/125#)
    • Max Reps – Wtd Abmat Sit Ups – (Sx = 20#/10# – Rx = 30#/20# – CRx = 40#/30#)
  • Finisher – Max Calorie Row in 1 Minute
