Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – EMOM10 – 3 Overhead Squats (taken from ground or rack)
  • Conditioning – Teams of 2- 10 RFT total (Sprint each round alternating partners)
    • 12 Calorie Row
    • 10 Kb Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • 8 Ring Dips
    • NOTE: While one partner is working, the other partner must complete 30 double unders during their “rest” period.  Sx = :30 Attempts
  • Finisher – 300M Farmers Carry
