- Sx – Don’t have unassisted pull ups or ring dips – Complete 5 sets of 10 Challenging Ring Rows with false grip followed by 5 negative ring dips
- Rx – Banded Muscle Up Progressions working on transitions and unassisted dips
- CRx – 5 Sets of 3-5 Muscle Ups Unbroken if possible – Rest 2 minutes between sets
- Conditioning – AMRAP15 –
- 10 Hang Power Cleans (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
- 10 Ring Dips
- 200M Run
- Finisher – 3 x 1:00 Weighted Plank
