  • Skill – Muscle Up Progressions.
    • Sx – Don’t have unassisted pull ups or ring dips – Complete 5 sets of 10 Challenging Ring Rows with false grip followed by 5 negative ring dips
    • Rx – Banded Muscle Up Progressions working on transitions and unassisted dips
    • CRx – 5 Sets of 3-5 Muscle Ups Unbroken if possible – Rest 2 minutes between sets
  • Conditioning – AMRAP15 –
    • 10 Hang Power Cleans (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
    • 10 Ring Dips
    • 200M Run
  • Finisher – 3 x 1:00 Weighted Plank
