12/03/14: STRENGTHLETE at the gym tonight

STRENGTHLETE will be at the gym tonight doing a sampling of their supplements.  Make sure to stop by, and try out their great proteins and their new pre-workout, Launch.

Heads up – Changing some of the programming for the end of this week to make sure your lower backs are getting a break.  DT will return within a couple weeks.

Today’s Workout:

  • Ring Row – 3 x 10 as challenging as possible.
  • Conditioning – AMRAP20
    • 10 Calorie Row
    • 15 Pull Ups (Kipping is allowed – If strict, do 10 Pull UPs instead.  CRX = CTB)
    • 20 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
    • 25 Abmat Sit Ups
  • Finisher – 3 x 20 V-Ups / 20 Supermans
