Today’s Workout:
- Ring Row – 3 x 10 as challenging as possible.
- Conditioning – AMRAP20
- 10 Calorie Row
- 15 Pull Ups (Kipping is allowed – If strict, do 10 Pull UPs instead. CRX = CTB)
- 20 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
- 25 Abmat Sit Ups
- Finisher – 3 x 20 V-Ups / 20 Supermans
