Today’s Workout:
- Back Squat – 6 x 6 – Add 1-5# from last Monday.
- Conditioning – Teams of 2 – 3 Rounds For Time
- 50 Slam Balls (Sx = 25#/15# – Rx = 35#/25# – CRx = 50#/35#)
- 40 High Box Jumps (Challenge yourself – Scale as needed. No higher than 30″)
- 30 Pull Ups (Sx = Ring Rows OR Banded Strict Pull Ups / CRx = Chest To Bar)
- Finisher – Collect a total of 1 min in a hollow hold and 1 min in a side plank each side
