Today’s Workout:
- Strength – Deadlift – Take 20 min to build to a heavy set of 5 reps
- Conditioning – AMRAP12
- 3 Deadlifts (80% of your strength number)
- 6 High Box Jumps (30″ Max – Challenge yourself)
- 9 Toes To Bar
- Finisher – Collect a total of 90 seconds in a side plank on each side.
