02/08/17: Deadnesday

Thursday’s Specialty Class @ 7:15pm will be on the ring muscle up.  Even if you are not close, we can give you some drills to use as you continue to get stronger.

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Deadlift – Take 20 min to build to a heavy set of 5 reps
  • Conditioning – AMRAP12
    • 3 Deadlifts (80% of your strength number)
    • 6 High Box Jumps (30″ Max – Challenge yourself)
    • 9 Toes To Bar
  • Finisher – Collect a total of 90 seconds in a side plank on each side.
