- 10 Wall Walks
- 50 Sit Ups
- 8 Wall Walks
- 40 Sit Ups
- 6 Wall Walks
- 30 Sit Ups
- 4 Wall Walks
- 20 Sit Ups
- 2 Wall Walks
- 10 Sit Ups
- Finisher – 4 x :30 side plank each side + 25 Russian twists with weight
