Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 5 x 5 Dumbbell Push Press
  • Conditioning – AMRAP20 – “Merry Go Round”
    • 50 Double Unders
    • 25 Air Squats
    • 10 Dumbbell Snatch (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 50#/35# – CRx = 70#/50#)
  • Finisher – 30 Strict Handstand Push Ups
