  • Strength / Skill – E2MOM14 – 2 x (1 Clean with a pause @ knee + 1 Front Squat) – Start @ 75% of 1RM.  Increase weight attempting to finish @ 85%.
  • Conditioning – “Copperhead” – AMRAP14
    • 15 Calorie Row
    • 11 Thrusters (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 105#/75# – CRx = 135#/95#)
    • 7 Hang Power Cleans (Same)
  • Finisher – 3 x 15 Strict Toes to Bar + 25 Banded Good Mornings
