08/08/16: Nutrition Challenge?

Hey All,

We are considering hosting a Nutrition Challenge starting September 12 that is run by Lurong Living.  They are a supplement company that hosts a National Nutrition Challenge two times per year and get thousands of people to enter.  Take a look at the challenge details HERE.  They are doing something new this time around where they will be offering a Macros based challenge as well as partnering up with Kettlebell Kitchen to provide challenge approved meals. Today’s Workout:

  • Skill – Every 90 seconds x 8 rounds complete the following
    • 3 Hang Power Clean + 2 Push Jerk – Start @ 60% of 1RM C&J and increase weight.  Attempt to finish above 70% of 1RM.
  • Conditioning – 3 Rounds For Time – “Combat Boots” – (20 min time cap)
    • Run 400m
    • 21 Thrusters (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65#)
    • 12 Lateral Bar Burpees
  • Finisher – 3 x (15 Strict Straight Leg Raises (add weight if possible) + 20 Banded Good Mornings)
