08/31/16: We're Climbing

Theft Update – Yesterday a man driving a white Dodge Dakota parked next to three separate vehicles during the 6am class, broke into the vehicles, and stole personal property. This person did the same thing last week at a gym in New Providence. The BHPD have video tape of the incident and are looking for the guy. As a reminder, please do not leave anything of value on the front seat of your car. I’m very sorry to those who this happened to.

Today’s Workout:

  • EMOM10 – 2 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk – Start @ 70% of 1RM Jerk
  • Conditioning – 3 Rounds For Time “Man o War”
    • 90 Double Unders (Sx = 2 min of attempts or 3-for-1 single unders)
    • 6 Rope Climbs (Sx = Modified Rope Climbs or 3-for1 Ring Rows)
    • 30 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
  • Finisher – 300m Single Arm Overhead Carry.  Alternate every 20 steps.  Challenge yourself.
