Today’s Workout:
- Conditioning – “Deadshot” – 3 Rounds For Total Time
- 21 Deadlifts (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 155#/105# – CRx = 225#/155#)
- 18 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = Box or DB Press / Rx = Head to ground / CRx = Strict to Ground)
- 15 Pistols (2 for 1) – (Sx = Modified Pistol or 30 air squats)
- 12 Burpee Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
- 400M Run (Sub 500mrow or 0.7 mile bike)
- Rest 3 minutes after each round.
- Finisher – 3 x 1:00 Banded Plank

I think we’ve officially killed the 20-30min time domain.
Considering today’s was 7 minutes……
