Today’s Workout:
- Strength – Take 20 minutes to build to a 5-rep max back squat. We will be starting a squat cycle next week so get your butt to the gym today!
- Conditioning – AMRAP10
- 14 Overhead Reverse Lunges (45#/25#)
- 41 Double Unders (Sx = 82 Single Unders OR :30 of attempts)
- Finisher – 4 Sets – :20 Side Plank Each Side + 10 Kettlebell Side Bends Each Side
