- Skill – EMOM10 – 1 Snatch Pull + 1 Hang Snatch (Squat is available, power if not) + 1 Overhead Squat
- Conditioning – 3 Rounds – Rest 2 minutes after each AMRAP – “The General”
- AMRAP4 –
- 2 Hang Power Snatch (Sx= 45#/35# – Rx = 75#/55# – CRx = 95#/65#)
- 4 Overhead Squats (Same as HPS / Scale to Overhead Lunge if squat is not available)
- 8 Push Ups
- Coach’s Note – Intensity is the name of the game on short amraps like this. Think lighter and faster. Modifying to a hang power clean + front squat is a good option for anyone who does not have the proper mobility to safely perform an overhead squat.
