12/23/16: Reminder – Closed Sunday

Reminder – we are closed on Sunday, 12/25.

Today’s Workout:

  • Back Squat – 8 x 4 – Add 1-5lbs from last Friday.  If you are getting close to failure on these sets, stay at the same weight from last week.
  • Conditioning -Teams of 2 – Partner Alternating
    • 4 x 500m Row Each – 90%+ effort on each row.
  • Finisher – 50 Weighted Sit Ups / 50 Good Mornings (Banded or Barbell)
