The 2012 Reebok CrossFit Game Open starts in 45 days! The Open is 5 weeks long, beginning on February 22nd. There will be 5 workouts released over the course of 5 weeks. Between February 22 and March 25 the workout on Wednesdays will be the Reebok Open Workout of the week. This will be give everyone in the gym an opportunity to try the workouts. Registration begins on February 1. I will be providing specific modifications to the daily workouts for those of you who will be competing. Last year we had unbelievable support from all of the gym members, and I am looking forward to CrossFit 908 doing even better this year!
