02/20/16: Partner Workout

Reminder – 10am’s class is geared towards those doing the CrossFit Open this year.

Today’s Workout:

  • In teams of two, complete the following for time:
    • 1K Run (Together)
    • 80 Back Squats (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 115#/75# – CRx = 135#/95#)
    • 60 Calorie Row
    • 40 Front Squats (Same Weight)
  • Rest 5 minutes
    • 40 Front Squats
    • 60 Calorie Row
    • 80 Back Squats
    • 1K Run (Together)
  • Finisher – 5 x :30 on / :30 off Burpees to 6″ target or 45# plate

10am Open Prep Class

  • Skill – 20 minutes to build to a heavy clean and jerk
  • Conditioning – 15.5
  • Finisher – Burpee Fun
