- 80 Back Squats (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 115#/75# – CRx = 135#/95#)
- 60 Calorie Row
- 40 Front Squats (Same Weight)
- Rest 5 minutes
- 40 Front Squats
- 60 Calorie Row
- 80 Back Squats
- 1K Run (Together)
- Finisher – 5 x :30 on / :30 off Burpees to 6″ target or 45# plate
10am Open Prep Class
- Skill – 20 minutes to build to a heavy clean and jerk
- Conditioning – 15.5
- Finisher – Burpee Fun
