03/09/15: A Clean Start To The Week

Today’s Workout:

  • Skill – 5 sets – 1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean + 1 High Hang Clean
  • Conditioning – Teams of 2 will complete 20 Thrusters with a barbell starting at (45#/33#). After 20 thrusters are completed, the team will add weight to the bar.  Sx = 5# increase total / Rx = 10# increase total / CRx = 20# increase total.  Teams will continue to complete 20 reps and add weight for a total of 12 minutes.  Teams of 3 can be made and do 30 reps at each given weight.
  • Finisher – 3Rds –
    • 30 second hollow hold (30 hollow body rocks for more of a challenge)
    • 20 sit ups (V-Ups for more of a challenge)
    • 10 Straight Leg Raises (hanging from pull up bar – Strict TTB for more of a challenge)
