Tonight’s specialty class will be on the Split Jerk. We will be focusing on proper mobility and activation of the shoulders, as well as proper foot position when receiving the Jerk. We hope to see many of you there.

- 1st min – 8 Strict Handstand Push Ups (Sx = Strict DB Press / CRx = Deficit)
- 2nd min – 12 Dumbbell Snatch (Sx = 35#/25# / Rx = 50#/35# – CRx = 70#/50#)
- 3rd min – Double Unders (Sx = 96 Single Unders or :30 of attempts / Rx = 30 / CRx = 50)
- Finisher – Foam Roll – Calves / Lats / T-Spine
