908 Weightlifting Club Update –
- Start Date – Thursday, April 14
- Start Time – 7:15pm – This will take the place of open gym.
- You must reserve online prior to showing up for the class. Class is capped at 20 people.
- You do not have to attend every Thursday. The program is designed so that you can miss a class here and there. As with all things, consistency is key as classes will build upon previously instructed elements.
Today’s Workout:
- Skill – 6 x 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Power Snatch – Spend 15 minutes working up to a heavy single.
- Conditioning – AMRAP20
- Run 300M
- 6 Power Snatch (Sx = 65#/45# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
- 18 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
- Finisher – 400M Overhead Carry
