In honor of Navy Chief Petty Officer Mark Carter, 27, of Virginia Beach, VA who was killed in Iraq in December, 2007.

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – “Badger” – 3 Rounds For Time
    • 30 Cleans – (Sx = 65#/45# –  Rx = 95#/65#)
    • 30 Pull Ups (Sx = Jumping)
    • 800m Run
    • NOTE***Suggestion for today’s workout.  This workout is a long one.  It will turn into a grind for everyone.  Instead of scaling the weight down on the cleans and pull ups, I would rather you scale the reps to 15 each and challenge yourself with the weight and the pull up.  It will be less total volume, your elbows will thank you, and you will still get a great workout.
  • Finisher – Roll Quads / Lizard pose / pigeon pose – 1-2 min each leg
