Tonight’s speciality class @ 7:15pm will be on proper bracing and breathing while moving through some of hte more common movements we see in CrossFit; Deadlift, Burpee Over Bar, and the Thruster.
Today’s Workout:
- Strength – E2MOM10 –
- :30 Hollow Hold
- 10 Dumbbell Push Press (As challenging as possible)
- Conditioning – AMRAP7
- Burpee Box Jump Overs (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
- Finisher – 4 Sets – Max L-Sit with hands on 24″ boxes. Modify to bent knees if you cannot keep your legs straight. Rest 90 seconds between efforts. Foam Roll Calves / Lats / Stretch Pecs
