  • Strength – 5 Sets – 5 Strict Pull Ups + 5 Ring Dips (Superset) OR CRx = EMOM10 – 1-2 Muscle Ups (Try Strict)
  • AMRAP12 –
    • 10 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
    • 20 Sit Ups
    • 30 Double Unders
  • Finisher – 3 x 20 GHD Sit Up OR 100 Hollow Rocks
