Today’s Workout:
- Conditioning – AMRAP10
- 10 Dumbbell Snatch (Sx = 35#/25# – Rx = 50#/35#)
- 30 Double Unders (Sx = :30 attempts OR 1-f0r-1 lateral jumps over dumbbell)
- NOTE – After a longer workout like Tuesday’s, we are going in the other direction today with a short, fast workout. It’s time to find your intensity and move quickly. If you cannot do double unders and single unders are too easy, opt for the lateral jumps over your dumbbell.
- Finisher – 4 Sets
- 200ft front rack walk
- 25 Hollow Rocks OR :30 Hollow Hold
