    • Run 400m
    • 30 Thrusters (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 115#/75#)
    • Run 400m
    • 20 Thrusters (Sx = 115#/75# – Rx = 135#/95#)
    • Run 400m
    • 10 Thrusters (Sx = 135#/85# – Rx = 155#/105#)
