:20 On|:10 Off – Alternating Movements Until Reps are Completed- 100 Squat Thrusts (crx: Alt. Single Arm – Sub: 50 Inchworms|200 Mt. Climbers)
- 200 Jumping Lunges (crx: 300 – Sub: Reverse Lunges|Step Ups|Squats)
***Once a movement is completed, continue with just remaining movement until reps are completed
